The process: Call or E Mail me about the repair. If your management wants a purchase order download one from this website.

Just ship the mic.s to me. I will keep track of the serial numbers if possible.

Then I will E-Mail you with the return date, I try to give you a quick turn around time. I am accepting Pay Pal or a paper check in the mail . I will return the mics as soon as I have the funds.

Established Broadway & tour customers can send a company check, net 30 days payment, with immediate shipping service.

I will E-Mail a receipt with the price paid, and a USPS tracking number.

The price: is now $100.00 each. $85.00 for Evoloution 1/8th inch locking mini plug.

Shipping

Return shipping is free on multiple orders: You send me your microphones, I will return them to you shipping paid by me.

I suggest that you use shipping insurance for the full replacement value of the broken mics. UPS, Fedx and the post office are not perfect, it would be awful if they lost a box of nice microphones and we had no way to get any money for the loss. Your shipments, from me, will be USPS priority mail with insurance and a tracking number.

In Person Service

I will do in person service in the Broadway district if it is mutually convenient for stage doors and your company needs, we can sort this out on the phone or by E-Mail as it comes up

For Lectrosonics Watertight users:

I do not curently fix the Lectrosonics watertight connections. I would have to buy plugs ten at a time and set up my test system for the 2.5 mm Lectro input. Please let me know if you have watertight Lectrosonics and want me to set up repairs for them.
